Certified Medical Coder (CPC / CCS)

About the role

We are hiring a Certified Medical Coder to code professional services accurately for our US clients across several specialties.

What you will do

• Assign CPT, ICD-10-CM and HCPCS codes and modifiers from provider documentation
• Make sure coding follows official guidelines and payer policies
• Query providers when documentation is unclear or incomplete
• Review coding-related denials and help fix the root cause
• Keep up to date with yearly code changes

What we are looking for

• Active CPC, CCS or equivalent certification
• 1+ year of US medical coding experience (specialty experience is a plus)
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Good written English
